Let's Vote on lowering the F.I.C.O. score standards!



Does anyone know what crooked companies determine these numbers above?

Several years ago I was in some CE classes needed to keep my Real Estate license active. The class I was in was called Corporate Credit and it was a very interesting class about F.I.C.O./ Credit Score, how to repair it etc.

The teacher in the class mentioned that at least one of the credit lines that make up the F.I.C.O. Score are owned by an unknown company. There have been many people that have tried to find out who owns two of these credit lines and end getting lost in (red tape).

Shouldn't we be entitled to know who these "Credit Gods" are that control and determine parts of our lives when it comes to borrowing money for anything.

In my opinion these companies of credit line are just another part of "Organized Crime" in the United States of America!

Who is interested in Real Estate around the (WORLD)?

When it comes to Real Estate around the United States & Canada Activerain pretty much has these countries covered.

Here is a very secluded piece of Vacant land in Dyer Nevada 4 hours north of Las Vegas Nevada. As you can see in the photos below there are mountain views from 360 degrees with a trout stream running along the edge of the property.

This property has road access and power 200 feet from the property in a higher elevation so the Summer days & nights are much cooler than Las Vegas and other parts of Nevada.

Dyer Nevada is known for wild Mustang horses that roam the country side and much more wildlife.

- CALIFORNIA DREAMING

Everyone that knows me figured it would just be a matter of time before I formed a group about California. I have bloged so many photos and stories about the West Coast State, I had to go beyond the realms of duty.

My first visit to the wonderful State of CALIFORNIA was back it 1974 when I was only 16 years of age.

I moved to the West Coast from Minnesota when I was 16 years old with a friend from school and lived in Portland Oregon. At this time I would hitch-hike down the whole West Coast through CALIFORNIA.

With a back-pack, harmonica in one hand & a Bible in the other I would travel up and down Hwy 1 and 101 taking in the wonders of the West Coast.

When I lived back home in Minnesota in the winters I started listening to a song on my record player, I would listen to it over and over. Here is the song!



So my CALIFORNIA DREAMING had come true, I spent over 5 years traveling from Oregon to California getting to know the West Coast like the back of my hand.

Some may ask, did you work? Well of course I worked but only 5 months out of the year, the rest of the year I traveled up and down the State of Oregon & California.

If you have never been to California, you must plan a vacation and see what all the fuss is about. Try to visit the Northern part of California. I was most so impressed with the northern part of the state because it is more laid back and relaxing.

California has the tallest trees in the world, (Redwoods) it has the oldest tree in the world, (Bristle Cone Pine), the most beautiful coast line in the world and some very fun cities, like Redding, Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles & Dan Diego, just to name a few.

A Marketing Machine at Activerain with a different approach for Marketing in 2010 - (Please don't miss this post)

I have really thought about my mistakes in Marketing my Businesses in 2009 and I will do my best to not make the same mistakes in 2010.

There were many, many leads that were created through Activerain, google juice, my web sites and other networks through out the World Wide Web. Because I was so involved with the MGM City Center Project in Las Vegas Nevada and the very long hours that I was working many of my generated leads went cold.

I figure I lost over 100 thousand dollars in leads alone because I do not have a great back up of Associates to help me with my Businesses.

I will continue to be a Marketing Machine in 2010 and will continue to post stories & pics to Activerain, Localism and other network sources but with a huge back up I have formed.

With having Associates helping me with my leads, etc., I should be able to spend more time with my parents and family & friends.

My message to other Activerain Members is set up a strong back up to help you with all the leads & activity you will get from marketing at Activerain & other networks. If your not getting very many leads keep plugging because it's just a matter of time before it will happen.

Another suggestion would be to go to different communities in the city & town you live in, interview company owners, take several photographs and post to (Localism). 40-50 % of my posts get posted to Localism and Activerain Members still read your posts.

Most of my leads come from google juice created through posting to Localism!

And remember creating a strong back up of Associates in your Business will give you more time to spend with your (Family) and what could be better than spending time with your family?
